First Ward Meetings Alderman Jack Finn holds monthly meetings for First Ward residents to bring their concerns and issues to his attention. These meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. at the White Hills Civic Center or another location, alternately. All residents of the First Ward are welcome regardless of their political affiliation. There is no specific agenda, topics of discussion are determined by the attendees.
